About Peptide Dossier

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Peptide Dossier is an independent editorial resource covering peptides, GLP-1 receptor agonists, and related compounds. We exist to give a curious adult an accurate, plainly written map of a field that is fast-moving, heavily marketed, and easy to get wrong. We are not a clinic and we do not sell peptides.

What we cover

We publish reference guides on individual peptides (dosing, mechanism, storage, reconstitution, safety), on the FDA-approved GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, and others), and on the practical and regulatory questions that surround them. Every guide is meant to help a reader understand a topic, not to instruct them to act on it.

How we research

We build guides from primary and authoritative sources: peer-reviewed literature, ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA drug labels and communications, NIH resources, and manufacturer documentation. Where a guide states a dose, an efficacy figure, or a safety rate, we tie that figure to the specific study or label it comes from and link to it, so a reader can check the source rather than take our word for it. Our full standards are in our Editorial Policy.

Editorial independence

Some pages carry advertising or affiliate links to telehealth providers and pharmacies, disclosed on our Advertising Disclosure page. A commercial relationship never changes our assessment of a product or provider, and it never makes a compound safer or more appropriate for any individual reader.

What this site is not

Peptide Dossier does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing here is a substitute for a licensed clinician who can review your history, labs, and medications. Please read our Medical Disclaimer before acting on anything you find here.

Corrections

Medical knowledge changes and we get things wrong sometimes. If you spot an error, email hello@peptidedossier.com and we will review and correct it. Our correction process is described in the Editorial Policy.
